Anatomically designed to fit and support the nasal septum. Compression is evenly distributed onto the septum in the post-operative phase following septoplasty.

Features:
  • Hinged and flexible to enable use on all sizes of septum
  • Saddle hinge fits across the caudal septum to stabilise the splints alongside the septum and prevent aspiration of the splints 
  • Pre-punctured holes allow for transfixion sutures to prevent septal haematoma
